In September 2024, Paul and Julia visited the Okavango Delta and Chobe in Botswana, for a tented safari.
14 days dedicated to photographing the mammals and birds of the areas from dawn to dusk, they recorded over 30 species of mammal and 200 bird species, many of them photographed.
The attached photograph, of a Burchall’s Sandgrouse, was taken by Paul.
This illustrated presentation will take place at St Bridget’s Church Centre, Church Road, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 7HL.
Visitors are very welcome, and the cost is £4.00, which includes tea/coffee and biscuits.
This is not a ticket event – please just come along.
